Reader ratings should help someone judge the cost, effort, risk, and likely return of an opportunity.
Rate the opportunity
Score the business model for a careful beginner. Consider realistic startup costs, time to first revenue, ongoing effort, downside risk, and earnings potential. A rating is not a review of the article itself.
Share what you know
Strong notes include concrete experience: the work performed, costs encountered, time required, customer demand, and lessons that changed your view. Clearly separate personal results from what another person should expect.
What we do not publish
We reject advertising, affiliate links, recruitment pitches, copied material, harassment, private information, and income claims that mislead readers about typical results. Repeated manipulation of ratings can lead to account removal.
Moderation
Experience notes are reviewed before publication. We may edit obvious formatting problems, but we do not change a contributor’s meaning. Ratings can be included in the aggregate before an optional note is approved.
Permission to display
By submitting a note, you confirm it is your own contribution and grant Does It Make Money? permission to display, format, and retain it as part of the site. You keep ownership of your words and may request removal by emailing community@doesitmakemoney.com.
